Public transport
Charlottenlund Station is on the S-train line C and is a short walk from the clinic. Buses 171, 172 and 179 also stop nearby. The clinic is in the Municipality of Gentofte, about 15 minutes north of central Copenhagen by S-train.

- For non-acute questions, use an e-consultation through the patient portal, a secure channel for written contact with the clinic. The portal is not open yet, so until it is: call during phone hours, or write to the address below about practical matters only.
Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Write only about practical matters such as appointments, address and cancellations, and never send your civil registration number or health information. Health questions and prescriptions are handled in the patient portal or by phone during phone hours. Email is not for urgent matters.

Getting to Jægersborg Allé.
Parking
There is public on-street parking in the area around Jægersborg Allé. In several places it is time-limited, so please check the local signage. You are also welcome to use the courtyard parking behind the building. Enter through the gate from Jægersborg Allé (see the map).
Accessibility
The clinic is on the 3rd floor, and there is a lift. The building is described at God Adgang (a lift, an accessible toilet on the 2nd floor, accessible parking behind the building). Please note a low kerb at the entrance. If you use a wheelchair, have difficulty walking or have other special needs, you are welcome to call before your visit, so we can receive you properly.
Inside the building
The clinic is in a shared medical building and does not have a permanent sign on the facade. Go up to the 3rd floor and have a seat in the shared waiting room on the floor. The clinic continues Backers Klinik, formerly located on Strandvejen in Hellerup.
