Appointments

Book online or by phone.

Once your GP has sent a referral, you book the appointment yourself. We collect the referral, so you do not need to wait to hear from us.

Online in the patient portal

In EG Clinea’s patient portal you can book and cancel appointments, write to the clinic and renew prescriptions.

If the patient is under 18, please call the clinic before booking.

  1. Register as a user

    Choose “Opret ny bruger” (create a new user) in the portal, and enter your name, your civil registration number (CPR number), your email and a password of your choice.

  2. The clinic approves your account

    Your request is sent to the clinic, and you receive an email once your account has been approved.

  3. Log in and book

    From then on, you log in to the portal and choose an available time.

By phone

Call the clinic during phone hours, and we will find a time with you.

Outside phone hours, you can leave a message on the clinic’s answering machine.

Please also call if you are unsure whether you need a referral, or if the patient is under 18. Patients under 18 are seen by prior agreement with the clinic.

Referral

A subsidised visit requires a referral from your GP. Your GP sends it electronically, and we collect it ourselves.

Referral & payment

Without a referral

You can also be seen as a self-payer, for example without a referral or as a private or insurance patient.

When booking, say that you would like a private appointment, so we can set aside the right amount of time for the tests.

If you cannot make it, please cancel no later than the day before: in the patient portal, by phone or on the answering machine.
