Fixed, transparent prices without a referral.

With a referral from your GP, examination and treatment are free of charge for group 1 members of the public health insurance. Without a referral, as a self-paying patient or as a private or insurance patient, the prices below apply. Everyone pays the same price.

Prices valid from 1 October 2026 until a new national agreement takes effect (expected 1 January 2027).

Examples of assessment pathways

The examples show what a typical assessment pathway consists of, and what it costs in total. The individual parts can also be bought separately.

Example: assessment for exercise-induced breathlessness: first assessment with spirometry with reversibility test and FeNO, provocation test of the doctor’s choice (mannitol, methacholine or exercise), results and treatment plan at a follow-up consultation per course: DKK 7,500; With the EVH test instead, the assessment costs DKK 7,700.
Example: EILO assessment: first consultation, spirometry with reversibility test, CLE test and follow-up consultation per course: DKK 11,700; Offered as soon as the CLE test is available.
Example: EILO assessment with exercise test: first consultation, spirometry with reversibility test, CLE test, exercise test with spirometry and follow-up consultation per course: DKK 15,300; Offered as soon as the CLE test is available. With the EVH test instead, the assessment costs DKK 15,500.

Allergy

Skin prick test, standard panel of inhalant allergens: DKK 800
Specific IgE, blood sample (sampling; laboratory fee invoiced separately): DKK 250; Plus the laboratory fee, invoiced separately.
Allergy assessment, first consultation incl. skin prick test and spirometry with reversibility test: DKK 3,500
Allergen immunotherapy (SCIT), injection visit, first allergen per visit: DKK 750; Allergen extract is bought on prescription with the usual medicine subsidy.
Additional allergen, same day per allergen: DKK 250

EILO

CLE test: laryngoscopy during exercise with video recording, review and results: DKK 7,900; The CLE test is being set up at the clinic. The price applies as soon as the test is offered.

Treatment and instruction

Breathing instruction for EILO or dysfunctional breathing, 45 min. (nurse or doctor) per session: DKK 900
Course of three instruction sessions per course: DKK 2,500
Laryngoscopic biofeedback session (doctor) per session: DKK 2,000

Certificates and reports

Specialist medical report for an insurer or authority per hour: DKK 2,250 incl. VAT; Typically 3 to 5 hours.
Medical documentation for a TUE application (Anti Doping Danmark or international federation) based on assessment at the clinic: DKK 1,000 incl. VAT
Health insurance certificate FP 710: DKK 991 incl. VAT; Paid by the insurance company.
Medical certificate for travel cancellation FP 910: DKK 835 incl. VAT
Fit-to-fly certificate: DKK 800
Statement of options for continued work (mulighedserklæring): DKK 600; Paid by the employer.
Sick note (free-form certificate): DKK 600

Fees

Cancel no later than the day before the appointment, on +45 21 74 65 74 or via the website.

Missed appointment or cancellation later than the day before: DKK 250; The fee applies only once it is stated in the clinic’s practice declaration (praksisdeklaration) on sundhed.dk. The declaration has not yet been created, so the fee is not charged.

About the prices

Group 2 members pay the price less the region’s subsidy, which the clinic settles with the region. Some services fall outside the national agreement, including the CLE test, the exercise test and the assessment pathways; for these there is no subsidy and you pay the full price. If you are a group 2 member of Sygeforsikringen “danmark”, you can receive a small reimbursement towards specialist care from the scheme.

If you have health insurance, confirm your cover with your insurer before you book. Insurers are invoiced at the same prices.

Medical examination and treatment are exempt from VAT. Some certificates are subject to VAT, and where that is the case, the price is shown incl. VAT.

Imaging, diffusing capacity and extended lung function testing are performed at external laboratories and charged at the laboratory’s price.

When booking, say that you would like a private appointment, so we can set aside the right amount of time for the tests.
